Professor Dan Allwood
I’m passionate about clear communication and the positive effect this brings to understanding the purpose of even the most complex activity.
I have trained diverse groups of professional researchers, academics, and students in research writing to improve how they communicate their ideas and findings.
My training programmes allow people to learn by doing. Although my training includes teaching and content, I believe this has to be put into practice to allow an individual to truly learn and develop. Importantly, this approach means my training participants realise for themselves the keys to clear communication and take ownership of their writing in future.
If you think this training is for you or your team, please get in touch so we can discuss your needs.
I live in the UK close to the beautiful Peak District National Park, which you’ll see in images throughout this site.
